Confirm your prospective event date is available by calling, emailing or filling out the contact form below. 2. Booking rental fee is due 14 days prior to event date. (late booking rentals are accepted-just call us!) 5. Deposit is returned to you after rental inspection. Reservations include WIFI, dining room, tables and chairs, light use of kitchen, Bar area, outdoor sitting area, on-street parking and clean up. Table settings and add-ons are also available. *A $75 deposit is required to secure any reservation. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event. Cancellations or reschedule within 24 hours of booking. Late rentals are accepted (call for availability).
